

REFUND/RETURNS
At Lashes & Glamour, we want every client to be completely happy with their purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.
14-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging intact.

Security seals (if provided) must not be broken or removed.

Returns must be sent via a tracked and insured service.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened lash or brow products

Tools and accessories that have been used

Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different item, you will need to place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lashes.and.glamour2022@gmail.com. In this case, we will arrange a refund or replacement and cover the cost of return shipping.
