Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A late fee of £10 will be applied for every 10 minutes of delay. After 25 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. It remains at the discretion of the lash technician whether or not there is enough time to proceed with the appointment if the client is late. Clients are encouraged to communicate any potential delays via message. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged 50% the full price of the missed appointment. Clean Lashes: Please arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, lash glue, and any other residue. A £5 removal fee will be charged if lash cleaning is required upon arrival. Infills: Infills are offered 2-3 weeks after the initial appointment, provided that 50% or more of the lash extensions remain. Extra Hour Appointments: Appointments after 17:00 are subject to an additional fee of £15 during the week and £20 on weekends. Guest Policy: For safety and hygiene reasons, children are not allowed in the salon. Service Refusal: The lash technician reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if they feel unsafe, or if the client is being rude or disrespectful. Patch Tests: Clients with sensitive skin or allergies are advised to request a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Aftercare: Clients are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of their lash extensions. Failure to do so may result in premature lash loss. Refunds: As a service-based business, refunds are not provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential solutions.
